Back in August of this year, we introduced automated monthly donation reports to our Exclusive Pick Up providers. These automated reports include an organization’s total donations over the past month along with their estimated value. In addition, the report email includes a CSV attachment with details for each donation the organization received. This lets our exclusive providers quickly import these donations into their favorite spreadsheet software for further analysis and insight.
Introducing Network Member Monthly Reports
Now, we’re pleased to announce a similar monthly reporting feature to our Network Members: Starting with November 2017, we’ll be sending our Network Members a monthly email that includes these stats:
- Total number of donation leads your organization received through PickUpMyDonation.com during the past month
- Estimated value of those leads you received

Exclusive Donation Pick Up Providers receive a CSV with all the details about each donation they received. If you’re one of our Network Members reading this and you would also like to receive a CSV with your donor details, get in touch with us today. In addition, our Exclusive Providers have locked in their zip codes so that they receive all leads for their area.
